Data sources

Each report section maps to a specific external data source. We publish the mapping, the metrics it can deliver and the limits of what it proves.

Sources we deliberately do not use

  • Model-generated "demand scores", "opportunity scores" or "saturation ratings".
  • Extrapolated sales estimates for marketplaces that do not publish sales data.
  • Scraped data sets we cannot attribute to a named provider and timestamp.
