1. Data we store

Account data: email address, optional display name, default market and language, account timestamps.

Usage data: the product inputs you submit, derived keyword sets, analyses and their reports, credit ledger entries and billing status.

Security data: hashed IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse detection. We store a one-way hash, not the address itself.

2. Why we store it

To provide reports, to account for credits and subscriptions correctly, to protect the service against abuse and runaway provider cost, and to meet accounting obligations.

3. Third parties

Market data requests are sent to our market data provider. Requests contain the keyword set, market and language — not your identity.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details never reach our systems.

4. Retention

Analyses and reports are retained while your account is active. Provider responses are cached for a limited period to avoid duplicate charges. Billing records are retained as required by law.

5. Your rights

You can export your complete account data as a machine-readable file from your account page, and you can delete your account there. Deletion removes your profile data and submitted inputs and revokes access.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
