Where does the data come from?

Search volume, competition and bid data come from the Google Ads keyword planner data set. Trend, rising queries and geography come from the Google Trends data set. Marketplace and shopping sections come from live search result retrieval. All of it is accessed through a licensed market data provider, and each metric shows its endpoint and fetch time.

Why does a section sometimes say DATA NOT AVAILABLE?

Accepted Answer

Because a real answer was not available: the provider returned no results for that keyword and market, the source does not support that country, the section was not part of your analysis profile, or a cost or operator control stopped the request. We show the reason instead of substituting a generated number.

Do you use AI to produce the numbers?

Accepted Answer

No. A language model may only propose candidate keyword strings to measure, and those candidates are labelled separately in the report. Every metric you see was returned by a data provider.

Can you tell me how many units a product sells?

Accepted Answer

No, and neither can any tool honestly. Marketplaces do not publish sales figures. We show demand signals — search volume, trend direction, geography — and live supply and pricing, which is what can actually be verified.

How do credits work?

Each analysis profile costs a fixed number of credits, charged when the analysis starts. If no section returns any sourced data, the credits are refunded automatically and the refund is recorded in your credit ledger.

Which markets can I analyse?

Accepted Answer

The market selector lists the countries currently supported end to end. Coverage depends on the source: search volume covers the widest set, while shopping and marketplace retrieval is narrower. Unsupported combinations are reported as unavailable rather than silently substituted.

Can I share a report?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each report can be given a share link, which exposes a read-only version of that single report including its source references. You can revoke the link at any time.

Question 8

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your account page provides a full export of your profile, analyses, keyword sets and credit ledger, and lets you delete your account.
