Measurement methodology
These rules are enforced in code, not just documented. They are the reason a AMKOPROOF report can be used to justify a purchasing decision.
01A metric may not exist without a source reference
Every rendered number is bound to a stored source reference containing provider, endpoint, parameters hash, mode, cache status and fetch timestamp. The report component refuses to render a section that has no source reference, even if a payload is present.
02AI never produces a market number
A language model may only propose candidate keyword strings to measure. Those candidates are visually and structurally separated in the report and are stored with a distinct origin. No score, volume, price, trend value or ranking in AMKOPROOF is model-generated.
03Unavailable is a first-class result
When a provider is unreachable, out of scope for a market, disabled by the operator, or simply returns nothing, the section reports DATA NOT AVAILABLE together with the machine-readable reason. We do not backfill from another market, another keyword or a prior period.
04Cache identity includes every parameter
A cached response is reused only when provider, endpoint, keyword set, location, language, device, depth and every other request parameter match exactly. Cached results are labelled as cached in the source drawer with their original fetch time.
05Cost governance is enforced per analysis
Each analysis profile carries three cost values: expected cost, observed P95 cost and an absolute cost cap. Sections stop executing when the remaining budget cannot cover the next request, and the report records which sections were skipped and why.
06Relative indices are never presented as volumes
Trend and geography values are relative interest indices. They are labelled as such and never added to, multiplied with, or converted into search volume.
07Snapshots are not sales
Marketplace and shopping sections describe supply and pricing visible at fetch time. They are not sales estimates, because the platforms in question do not publish sales figures.
