Terms of Service

1. Service

AMKOPROOF provides market demand reports assembled from third-party data sources. The service reports what those sources return at the time of retrieval.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and verify it before receiving trial credits. You are responsible for activity performed under your account.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Analyses consume credits. Credits are granted by plan and are charged when an analysis starts. If an analysis returns no sourced data at all, the credits are refunded automatically.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Data accuracy

Data originates from third-party providers. AMKOPROOF does not warrant completeness or accuracy of provider data and does not generate substitute values when data is missing.

Reports are decision support, not investment, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your commercial decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, bulk-export or systematically redistribute raw provider data obtained through the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit accounting, or use the service to attack third-party systems.

6. Suspension and termination

Accounts that abuse the service, cause disproportionate provider cost, or violate these terms may be rate-limited, restricted or suspended.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

Material changes to these terms are announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
